How to make Crispy Maple Brussels Sprouts
6 Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Coconut aminos
- Pine nuts
5 Steps
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- In a small bowl, add in everything but the Brussels and mix.
- Cut Brussels in half, add them to a large bowl, and toss them in the sauce.
- Place them on a baking sheet and roast for about 35 min (or until they are crispy).
- Take them out when they are almost done and add in the pine nuts.
- Bake for another 2 minutes.
