Healthy & delicious: How to make pistachio-crusted sheet pan salmon
9 Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup raw pistachios, chopped
- Flaky sea salt
- Pepper
5 Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Rinse salmon and pat dry. Place salmon fillets on a silicone baking sheet on a baking pan. Season with sea salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey/maple syrup. Spread half of this mixture on the salmon fillets.
- Add chopped pistachios to the remaining mixture, and stir to combine. Put the remaining pistachio mixture on top of the salmon.
- Bake for around 15 minutes until salmon is flaky. Remove from oven, and serve with a fresh raw salad and some cooked vegetables. Enjoy!
