Healthy & delicious: How to make pistachio-crusted sheet pan salmon

9 Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup raw pistachios, chopped
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Pepper

5 Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Rinse salmon and pat dry. Place salmon fillets on a silicone baking sheet on a baking pan. Season with sea salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey/maple syrup. Spread half of this mixture on the salmon fillets.
  4. Add chopped pistachios to the remaining mixture, and stir to combine. Put the remaining pistachio mixture on top of the salmon.
  5. Bake for around 15 minutes until salmon is flaky. Remove from oven, and serve with a fresh raw salad and some cooked vegetables. Enjoy!
